The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was fantastic, in a scenic and quiet area but still easy to get into the city with a cab. We loved the fact that the rooms had big windows, allowing for plenty of natural light and great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a good selection of delicious options to start the day off right.
The only minor downside was the lack of sound insulation in the hotel. While this didn't significantly impact our overall experience, it could be improved to ensure a quieter and more peaceful stay.

The hotel is nestled in a scenic and quiet location with breathtaking views. the staff is excellent, always ready to help with anything you need. There are plenty of communal areas to relax in, with a restaurant open all day and evening meals that are just OK. Taking a cab transport into the city is easy, and the hotel offers a lift. the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the surrounding glaciers. the breakfast was satisfying, and the shower's hot water supply was excellent.
The hotel is slightly isolated and far from facilities.

Had a great Xmas experience here! the views of the water and mountains from the hotel were amazing and the buffet breakfast was delicious. the location made it easy to explore the nearby shops and attractions.
There was some road noise and hallway noise in the hotel room due to doors that did not block sound well. we were able to enjoy the breeze from across the bay through the open window, which helped cool the room.
